A fruit-farming family's winery in Tendo, OIZUMI VINES WINERY built its own crush facility in 2023 and earned GI Yamagata certification the following year.
OIZUMI VINES WINERY, run by Fruit Farm Oizumi, is built on the belief that good wine starts with good grapes. Its name reflects an aim to walk alongside its own vines. The winery's dedicated brewing facility began operating in 2023, and in November 2024 it received GI Yamagata (Geographical Indication) certification.
