Oura Budo-shu

Akayu, in Nanyo City within the Okitama Basin, is known as the birthplace of grape-growing in Yamagata and remains one of the prefecture's leading grape regions. Since its founding, Oura Budo-shu has focused solely on high-quality local grapes for its Akayu jiwain (local wine).
