ノウフク（農業と福祉）プロジェクトから始まったブドウ栽培事業から6年の月日を経て、2024年9月にワイナリーが完成。障がいのある方たちの手によって栽培されたブドウ100%で醸造しています。「Voyage」はフランス語で「旅」を意味し、互いに助け合いながら旅するという願いが込められています。
