年間2600時間超の日照時間を誇る北杜市明野の地に、定年退職を機に一念発起した醸造家が2018年に設立。山梨県立農林大学校で学び県内ワイナリーで実習を積んだ後に開業。自家畑のぶどうを減農薬栽培し、カベルネ・ソーヴィニョンを中心に醸造。
