CareFit Farm Winery

CareFit Farm Winery was established in 2018 by the public-interest Japan Carefit Educational Foundation. About twenty people with disabilities work as farmers here, handling everything from soil preparation to harvest, and the winery ferments its grapes with natural yeast and no additives. It sits within the Katsunuma Wine Village and holds Yamanashi Green Zone certification.
