丸藤葡萄酒で栽培・醸造を担当していた安蔵正子氏が2022年に創業した新鋭ワイナリー。山梨市万力の標高約400mの山地に6圃場（約1ha）を開き、甲州をはじめプティ・マンサン、アルバリーニョ、タナなど多品種を栽培。日本の食に合うバランスとエレガンスを求める。
