Domaine Creation Farm completed its own winery in Hosaka, Nirasaki in 2023 and began making wine under the cheerful motto 'delicious, joyful, delightful.' The house focuses on Japan's two signature varieties, Koshu and Muscat Bailey A, and keeps the whole chain in its own hands, from vineyard to fermentation. It is one of the newest names in the up-and-coming Hosaka growing area, within GI Yamanashi. Visitors should confirm opening days before traveling.
