Fuefuki Wine (Kaze no Ie Winery), founded in 1988 in Misaka, Fuefuki, is committed to every step of winemaking, from growing its own grapes to vinification, using 100% estate-grown fruit. The winery works with a range of varieties including Koshu, Muscat Bailey A, Delaware and Ryugan, and also sells in 1.8-liter isshobin bottles. Open 10:00–16:00.
