昭和38年（1963年）、日川高校の卒業生仲間が「自分たちの育てたぶどうでワインを造り皆で飲もう」という思いで創業した小規模ワイナリー。酸化防止剤無添加・無濾過・野生酵母など自然派醸造を実践し、毎年20種類以上の銘柄をリリース。
