Overview

地域の農家約50軒が栽培した甲州ぶどうを持ち寄り、木枠のバスケット絞り機による手搾りで仕込む地域農家共同出資型の小規模ワイン蔵。昭和初期、国から菱山地区の三森家にぶどう酒の醸造免許が下りたのを起源とする。
