Hiyori Winery

Hiyori Winery makes limited-production, 100%-domestic craft wine from grapes grown in Katsunuma's Toriigahira district. Its concept: grapes raised on land loved by the sun in Koshu, Katsunuma — worked with care and affection into wine that keeps their character. Alongside Koshu and Merlot wines, the winery also produces its own vermouth.
