昭和16年（1941年）、130名のぶどう農家が「岩崎葡萄酒共同醸造組合」を設立。昭和27年（1952年）に株式会社に組織変更。日本の固有品種「甲州」の発祥の地・勝沼で、自然と人をつなぐワイン造りを続けています。「和敬静寂」「侘び・寂び」「守破離」「一期一会」をテーマとした4ブランドを展開。
