大善寺住職が近隣の檀家と造るユニークなワイナリー。境内の畑で住職自ら栽培したぶどうを使い、境内の醸造小屋で醸造。組合員が自園で作ったぶどうを持ち寄り、キロ数に応じて分配するシステムを採用。
