Kitanoro Jozo

Kitanoro Jozo began in 1963 as a joint brewery in the Kitanoro area of Ichinomiya-cho, relocating to its current site in Ichinomiya's Nimaki district in 1975 and continuing as a family-run winery. It started trial plantings of Semillon in 1991 and began releasing it commercially from 2000, alongside a range of grapes that spans Koshu to European varieties.
