本坊酒造が2017年に韮崎市穂坂地区に開設したワイナリー。標高約500〜600mの穂坂の地でシャルドネ、メルロー、カベルネ・ソーヴィニョン等を栽培。「シャトーマルス」ブランドで高い評価を受ける。マルス山梨ワイナリー（笛吹市）とは別施設。
