Nakahara Winery

Nakahara Winery is a shared brewing facility established in 2019 by the Paesana agricultural cooperative corporation as part of its project to revive fallow farmland. Several independent producers — including Domaine Oyamada, Domaine Ponkotsu and Papapuru — vinify their own wines on-site, each bringing a distinct character to the shared space.
