奥野田葡萄酒醸造

1962年に地元農家の共同醸造場として設立。1989年に現オーナー（中村雅量）が受け継ぎ現在の形に。1.5haの自社農園でシャルドネ・メルロー・カベルネを栽培。日本初のバキューム式搾汁機を導入し酸化を防止。170名以上のヴィンヤードクラブ会員と農作業・テイスティングを共有。
