Shingen Wine

Shingen Wine is a 'one-person winery' where the owner handles everything from grape growing to bottling. Cabernet Sauvignon, Kai Noir, Kai Blanc and Koshu are grown in the owner's own vineyards in Fuefuki and Hokuto, and the brewery and shop sit in central Kofu, a 15-minute walk from the station's south exit. Tours are free and open year-round, with no closing days, from 8:00 to 18:00.
