2024年4月に醸造場を新設し、同年7月に酒類製造免許を取得。9月より醸造を開始した山梨の新鋭ワイナリー。代表の佐野いずみ氏が農業生産法人での葡萄栽培と醸造所での研修を経て独立開業した。
