Spring Wine

Spring Wine is a new winery in Kofu, Yamanashi, that built its brewery in April 2024, obtained its liquor manufacturing license that July, and began making wine in September. Founder Izumi Sano went independent after growing grapes at an agricultural production corporation and training at a winery.
