地元塩山のぶどう農家が自家消費目的で運営する超小規模醸造所。生食に出荷できないぶどうや余ったぶどうを持ち寄って醸造するため、年間生産量は720ml瓶2,000本・一升瓶5,000本程度と極めて希少。市場流通がほぼなく、現地でしか買えないワインとして知られる。
