Yawata Yoshu

Yawata Yoshu began in 1961 when farmers in the local Yawata district started pooling their grapes together. The winery draws out the full character of grapes whose sweetness and aroma shift with each year's climate and harvest timing, resulting in a wine that tastes a little different every year.
