On Noto Peninsula's west coast, Heidee Winery cleared its vineyard from bare ground to make elegant wine shaped by sea wind and soil.
Heidee Winery began by clearing its vineyard from bare ground in Monzen, Wajima, on the western coast of the Noto Peninsula, starting cultivation in spring 2012. It aims for elegant wines that reflect the sea wind and soil of the site, guided by a concept of 'living wine, fermented with sun, rain, wind, and earth together,' and works toward becoming a winery that lasts 300 years.
