Vin de la Bocchi began in Kanazawa in 2016 as a natural winery created to build a workplace for people with disabilities. Using 100% of its own grapes across 3 hectares and sixteen varieties, it produces lively, largely unfiltered wines. Its own winery building was completed in 2020.
