kibi VALLEY

Completed in December 2020, kibi VALLEY is the only winery in Kibi Chuo, vinifying grapes grown entirely within the town. For its white wine, hand-picked Pione grapes are chilled and aged in cold storage before pressing; its reds — Muscat Bailey A, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon — are aged in oak barrels. The winery holds certification under the 'Dereh Umee Wine Special Zone,' named for the local dialect phrase for 'really delicious.'
