Part of the Nagayama Sake Brewery Group, Yamaguchi Winery set out in 1999 to build Yamaguchi into a globally recognized wine region, growing Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Koshu.
Yamaguchi Winery, the wine division of the Nagayama Sake Brewery Group, was founded in 1999 with the goal of developing Yamaguchi into a wine region recognized around the world. It brews with grapes from its own and contracted farms, working with Yamaguchi Wine Farmland on estate cultivation, and offers both its oak-aged Chateau Yamaguchi line and the more approachable Soleine series.
